Orivis always aims to provide the best delivery service for all your orders.

1. Order placement and confirmation process

After you successfully place an order on the Orivis website, our staff will call to confirm the order, including detailed content of the successfully placed order.

2. Shipping and product inspection policy

We support nationwide shipping with the following policies:

Product inspection rights:

  • Before receiving and paying, you have the right to inspect the product. No trial use is supported.
  • Please open the package to check to ensure the order is delivered correctly in terms of style, quantity as per the placed order. Do not try or test the product.
  • After agreeing with the delivered item, you pay the delivery staff (in case of COD orders) and receive the goods.

Case of refusing to receive goods:

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can refuse to receive the goods. Here, Orivis will charge additional return shipping costs, equivalent to the shipping fee of the order you placed.

3. Important notes

Customer inspection rights:

When you inspect the order, the delivery staff must wait for you to check the goods inside the package. If the staff refuses to let you check the goods, please contact Orivis via hotline: 0393.432.689 or email: info@asiatarget.com.vn for support.

Responsibility after delivery:

Orivis will not be responsible for the quantity, style or defects of the product after the order has been successfully delivered.

Notes when opening the package:

Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to avoid damaging the products inside. For cases where products are damaged due to customer error, Orivis regrets that we cannot support you with exchange/return/warranty for the product.
