Orivis always aims to provide the best delivery service for all your orders.
After you successfully place an order on the Orivis website, our staff will call to confirm the order, including detailed content of the successfully placed order.
We support nationwide shipping with the following policies:
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can refuse to receive the goods. Here, Orivis will charge additional return shipping costs, equivalent to the shipping fee of the order you placed.
When you inspect the order, the delivery staff must wait for you to check the goods inside the package. If the staff refuses to let you check the goods, please contact Orivis via hotline: 0393.432.689 or email: info@asiatarget.com.vn for support.
Orivis will not be responsible for the quantity, style or defects of the product after the order has been successfully delivered.
Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to avoid damaging the products inside. For cases where products are damaged due to customer error, Orivis regrets that we cannot support you with exchange/return/warranty for the product.
