Orivis always aims to provide the best shipping service with competitive rates for all orders you place with us. We support nationwide delivery for customers shopping on our website, fanpage, and hotline.Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through an intermediary shipping company with the following specific shipping policies:

1. Shipping fees

  • Orivis applies shipping fees according to the costs agreed with the partners responsible for transportation and delivery for all successfully placed orders.
  • Shipping fees will range from 15,000 to 35,000 VND depending on the area.

2. Delivery time

Orders within and outside Ho Chi Minh City:

Delivery time is 2-3 days after placing the order.

Orders in other provinces and cities:

Time is 3-5 days for central provincial/city areas, 3-7 days for suburban, district, commune, township areas...

Important information:

  • Orivis will request the shipping partner to deliver goods to customers within the agreed time when customers complete all order procedures. Goods transportation usually takes at least 3-5 working days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).
  • Please note that Orivis reserves the right to change delivery time without prior notice in case of natural disasters or other special events.

Shipping policy:

Your order will be delivered a maximum of 3 times. If the first delivery is unsuccessful, our staff will contact you to arrange the second delivery schedule. We will try to contact you again within the next 2 working days (via message or direct call). If we still cannot contact you or receive any response from you, the order will no longer be valid.

Product inspection regulations:

  • When receiving goods, customers can only inspect the exterior, not open seals or test use.
  • To check information or status of your order, please contact the Customer Care department.
  • When goods are delivered to you, please complete payment and sign confirmation with the delivery staff first, then please check and record video before opening the package and if the product has any defects or shortcomings. Please keep the shipping receipt for inspection.

3. Invoice issuance

  • Orivis only applies 1 form of invoice issuance through electronic red invoices for paid orders.
  • After receiving goods and completing payment. Please send invoice information to Orivis via email: info@asiatarget.com.vn along with order information and red invoice information. Orivis will send the electronic red invoice to the email you registered for purchase within the next 3-5 working days.

Obligations of the carrier

  • Ensure transportation of assets fully and safely to the designated location, on time.
  • Deliver assets to the entitled recipient.
  • Bear costs related to asset transportation, except in cases of other agreements.
  • Purchase civil liability insurance as prescribed by law.
  • Compensate for damage to the hiring party in case the carrier loses or damages assets, except in cases of other agreements or other legal provisions.

Rights of the carrier

  • Check the authenticity of assets, waybills or equivalent transportation documents.
  • Refuse to transport assets that do not match the type of assets agreed in the contract.
  • Require the hiring party to pay the full transportation fee on time.
  • Refuse to transport prohibited goods, dangerous or toxic goods.

Obligations of the transportation hirer

  • Pay the full transportation fee to the carrier on time and as agreed.
  • Provide necessary information related to transported assets to ensure safety of transported assets.
  • Supervise assets during transportation, if agreed. In case the hiring party supervises assets and the assets are lost or damaged, compensation will not be provided.

Rights of the transportation hirer

  • Require the carrier to transport assets to the correct location and time as agreed.
  • Directly or designate a third party to receive the transported assets.

Damage compensation responsibility

  • The carrier must compensate for damage to the hiring party if assets are lost or damaged.
  • The hiring party must compensate for damage to the carrier and third parties for damage caused by transported assets that are dangerous or toxic without proper packaging and safety measures during transportation.
  • In case of force majeure leading to loss, damage or destruction of transported assets during transportation, the carrier shall not be liable for compensation, except in cases of other agreements or other legal provisions.
