Products sold at Orivis fully comply with legal regulations, no counterfeit goods, fake goods, goods without clear origin. Business activities at Orivis are conducted openly, transparently, ensuring customer rights.

II. General regulations

Buyer:

is a merchant, organization, individual who needs to find information about products, services listed for sale on Orivis. Buyers have the right to register or not need to register an account.

Member:

  • Members participating in transactions on the Orivis website are merchants, organizations, individuals who need to buy and sell products, services on the website.
  • Members register and declare initial personal information related, officially recognized by the Orivis Website TMĐT Management Board and permitted to use services provided by the Orivis Website TMĐT.

When you register as a member of our website, members understand that:

  • Members can create a personal account for use.
  • Members can purchase products, services according to Orivis's advertised prices.
  • The content of this Regulation complies with current Vietnamese regulations. When participating in the TMĐT website, members must self-study their legal responsibilities under current Vietnamese law and commit to implement all contents in the Orivis website regulations.

III. Transaction process

1. For buyers:

  2. 2. Select and view product details, then click to purchase. You can buy multiple different products in one order.
  3. 3. You fill in the full delivery address information. Choose payment method, then place order.
  4. 4. After receiving the buyer's order, we will reconfirm the order by contacting the buyer according to the provided address, phone number.
  5. 5. Orivis delivers goods to your doorstep.

2. For sellers:

  • Prepare product information including: actual images, introduction articles, and detailed product information.
  • Enter data using the management tool dedicated to Orivis website management staff.
  • Image format used on website: jpg, png.

3. Shipping and delivery process:

  • Orivis delivers nationwide. When receiving orders from buyers and after confirming information via phone, Orivis will proceed with delivery as soon as possible.
  • Orivis delivers to every doorstep across all provinces and cities of Vietnam territory.
  • For orders delivered at home and valued from 10 million VND onwards, please pay 100% of the order value in advance.

Method 1: Pay after delivery (COD - delivery and cash collection)

V. Payment information security policy

1. Security commitment

The card payment system is provided by Payment Gateway Partners ('Payment Gateway Partners') that have been legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Accordingly, the payment card security standards on the Orivs website ensure compliance with industry security standards.

2. Security regulations

Payment transaction policy using international cards and domestic cards (internet banking) ensures compliance with security standards of Payment Gateway Partners including:

  • Customer financial information will be protected throughout the transaction process using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
  • PCI DSS data information payment security certification provided by Trustwave.
  • One-time use password (OTP) sent via SMS to ensure account access is authenticated.
  • MD5 128 bit encryption standard.
  • Principles and regulations on information security in the financial banking industry as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam.

Payment security policy on Orivis website applies to customers:

  • The company provides token storage facility - only stores encrypted strings provided by the Payment Gateway Partner to the company. The company does not directly store customer card information. Security of customer payment card information is performed by the licensed Payment Gateway Partner.
  • For international cards: customer payment card information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored on Orivis website system, this information is stored and secured by the Payment Gateway Partner.
  • For domestic cards (internet banking), the company only stores order code, transaction code and bank name. The company commits to implement necessary security measures seriously for all payment activities performed on Orivis website e-commerce platform.

VI. Customer information privacy policy

Website Orivis does not sell, share or transfer customer personal information collected on the website to any third party. Personal information collected will only be used for the company to provide products, services to customers. When you register to receive information, chat with staff, send comments and perform information entry to purchase goods, personal information that Orivis website collects includes: Full name, Address, Phone, Email... In addition to personal information are service information: Product name, Quantity, Delivery time... You please read the Privacy Policy below to understand more commitments we make to respect and protect user rights.

1. Purpose and scope of collection?

To access and use some services on Orivis website, you may be required to register personal information with us (Email, Full name, Phone number...). All declared information must be accurate and legal. Orivis is not responsible for any legal matters related to declared information. We may also collect information about the number of visits, including the number of pages you view, the number of links you click and other information related to connecting to Orivis. We also collect information that your web browser uses every time you access Orivis website, including: IP address, browser type, language used, time and addresses that the browser accesses.

2. Scope of information use

Personal information collected will only be used internally by Orivis website and for one or all of the following purposes:

  • Customer support
  • Provide information related to products / services
  • Process orders and provide services and information through our website as requested by you

  • Partners who have signed contracts to perform part of Orivis services. These partners will receive information according to contract agreements (can be part or all information depending on contract terms) to conduct support for users to use services provided by the company.

7. Mechanism for receiving and resolving consumer complaints

At Orivis website, protecting your personal information is very important. You are guaranteed that information provided to us will be secured. Orivis website commits not to share, sell or rent your personal information to any other person. Orivis website commits to only use your information in the following cases:

  • Improve service quality for customers
  • Resolve disputes, complaints
  • When requested by law enforcement agencies

VII. General transaction terms

1. Return and refund policy

  • You can return when using Orivis Website services
  • Return process: When you need to return, support services, customers contact our hotline. Orivis will advise and support customers on the return process. When receiving information requested by customers, Orivis staff will support troubleshooting for customers within 24 hours via phone, or email.
  • We will proceed with the next steps to check service quality and perform exchange or refund according to your request.
  • We will refund money to customers by bank transfer.
  • Customers provide their account number, we will refund the exact amount equal to the amount you purchased the product.

2. Product inspection policy

To ensure consumer rights, improve after-sales service quality, Orivis will support you to exchange new products, return products, or refund goods for you. (But shipping fees or delivery charges will not be refunded if any).

Inspection time:

  • Orivis accepts customers to inspect goods simultaneously with delivery staff at the time of receipt.
  • After receiving goods, if customers discover errors, they can contact the customer care department for support to exchange/return. Note that customers record video when opening the package for reference when needed.

Inspection scope:

Customers can inspect the correct actual quantity received, compare and match the products received with the actual images of the product ordered on the order after Orivis staff confirms. Absolutely do not open, test use.

3. Return regulations

  • Goods delivered not matching the type, style as you ordered.
  • Insufficient quantity, insufficient set as in the order.
  • External conditions affected such as peeling, breaking occurring during transportation,…
  • Not meeting quality standards such as: expired, products showing signs of damage...
  • Maximum return processing time within 24 hours from when Orivis confirms with customer: receive full product + accessories + related documents.

Note: You keep all transaction documents with Orivis staff for reference when needed. Keep products new 100% as original. To enjoy 1-for-1 policy or return within 3 days. Please check goods. And sign confirmation of condition with Orivis staff immediately upon receipt. When discovering any of the above cases, you can discuss directly with Orivis staff, or give us feedback within 24 hours according to Customer Care Hotline: 0393.432.689

4. Exchange regulations

  • When customers discover product errors, customers are allowed to request Orivis to exchange products within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products are EXCHANGED BRAND NEW 100% within 3 days. From the delivery date if there are errors due to manufacturer such as wrong delivery. Products must be in 100% original condition, Orivis will resolve only within 5 minutes after confirming product condition with customer.
  • EXCHANGE EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS within the first 30 days of use if errors occur due to manufacturer.

** Note: You keep all transaction documents with Orivis staff for reference when needed. Keep products new 100% as original to enjoy 1-for-1 policy. Orivis will not accept exchange/return when:

  • No documents, Purchase invoice;
  • Products are scratched, dirty, yellowed (products must be 100% intact according to manufacturer standards).
  • You want to change type, style but did not notify in advance.
  • You yourself affect external condition. Such as torn packaging, peeling, ,…
  • You do not follow instructions causing damage to goods.
  • You have inspected and signed confirmation of goods condition. But no feedback within 24 hours from signing.

VIII. Responsibility in case of technical errors

  • Orivis commits to try to ensure the safety and stability of the entire technical system. However, in case of incidents due to website errors, we will immediately apply measures to ensure rights for you as Orivis website members.
  • When performing transactions on Orivis website, you as a member must perform correctly according to the guided procedures.
  • In case of technical errors, software errors or other objective errors leading to members not being able to participate in transactions, members notify Orivis via email info@asiatarget.com.vn or by phone 0393.432.689 (from 8:30 - 17:30 Mon - Sat) we will fix errors as soon as possible.
  • However, Orivis will not be responsible for resolution in case your notification does not reach the Management Board, arising from technical errors, transmission errors, software or other errors not caused by the Management Board.

IX. Rights and obligations of Orivis Website Management Board

1. Rights of Website Management Board:

  • Orivis will proceed to provide products, services to you after completing the procedures and mandatory conditions stated.
  • Orivis will proceed to build service policies on the Website. These policies will be announced on Orivis Website.
  • In case there is basis to prove you provide information to Orivis that is inaccurate, biased, incomplete or shows signs of violating Vietnamese law or customs, we have the right to refuse, suspend or terminate your service usage rights.
  • Management Board can terminate member rights and usage rights of one or all services of members in case you violate Orivis Website Regulations, or have behaviors affecting business activities on the Website.
  • Orivis can immediately terminate service usage rights and member rights of you if we detect you have gone bankrupt, been convicted or are serving sentence.
  • In case of terminating member rights and service usage rights, all certificates, member rights granted will automatically expire and be terminated.
  • Orivis holds copyright for service usage and content on Website according to intellectual property protection regulations in Vietnam. All symbols, content in different languages belong to Orivis ownership. Strictly prohibit all illegal copying, using and disseminating the above ownership rights.
  • Orivis reserves the right to change service price list, payment methods during service provision to members.

2. Obligations of Orivis Website Management Board

  • Orivis is responsible for building services including some main tasks such as: researching, designing, purchasing hardware and software equipment, internet connection, building service policies for Website activities within allowed conditions and scope.
  • Orivis will proceed to deploy and cooperate with partners in building service systems, convenient tools serving transactions of you as participating members and users on the Website.
  • Orivis is responsible for building, supplementing knowledge systems, information about: foreign trade business, e-commerce, domestic and international commercial legal document systems, foreign markets, as well as news related to Website activities.
  • Orivis will conduct promotional activities, advertise Website to foreign markets within allowed scope and conditions, contributing to expansion, connection to meet customer search needs and foreign market development.
  • We will try our best within scope and conditions to maintain normal Website operation and fix incidents such as: technical incidents about machinery, software errors, internet transmission system, personnel, social fluctuations, natural disasters, power outages, decisions of state agencies or related third party organizations. However if the above incidents occur beyond our control, being force majeure cases causing damage to you as members, we do not bear joint responsibility.
  • Orivis will not post information selling goods, services belonging to prohibited goods, services category according to law and restricted goods according to Circular 47/2014/TT-BCT.

X. Rights and obligations of customers when being Orivis Website members

1. Customer rights:

  • When you register to become Orivis Website members, you will be allowed to participate in discussion, product evaluation, shopping on the website.
  • You have the right to contribute opinions to Orivis Website during operation. Suggestions are sent directly by mail, email or contact hotline to our Management Board.

2. Customer obligations:

  • You will be personally responsible for security and storage and all service usage activities under registered name, password and email of yourself.
  • You commit that information provided to Orivis is accurate.
  • You commit not to change, edit, copy, broadcast, distribute, provide and create similar tools for services provided by Orivis to third parties without our consent.
  • You are not allowed to act in any form that damages Orivis's reputation such as propaganda, disseminating false information about Orivis.

XI. Applicable terms

  • All disputes arising between Orivis and you will be resolved on the basis of negotiation. In case agreement cannot be reached as desired, either party has the right to bring the case to the People's Court of competent jurisdiction in Ho Chi Minh City for resolution.
  • Orivis Website Regulations officially take effect from the date of signing the Decision issued attached to this Regulation. Orivis has the right to change this Regulation by notifying on the Website for customers to know. The amended Regulations take effect from the date information is posted on the Website. Your continued use of services after amended Regulations are announced and implemented means they have accepted the amended Regulations.
